Stuck the coverbase in perspex with a bit of cold transparent resin o with a strong glue,place the metal retentions of the articulator
base on the seat of the coverbase in perspex (fig.1)

PATENTED BOX AND SYSTEM
Plaster setting in the articulator Quick of two removable plaster models on magnetic coverbase GS with plane
of the mounting tilted of the articulator and with the upper and lower BOX GS3.

Working stages:

1. Created the two plaster models ,with a double-drill create some grooves as a guide behind the model's bases (fig.1)
2. Stick with bit of self heat-curing resin the magnetic coverbase GS to the base of the articulator Quick (fig.2)
3. Apply the plane of the mounting tilted on the articulator then stuck the upper plaster model with a bit of plastercine.
Control the centic and the parallelism to the articulator's base (fig. 3).
4. Insert the upper BOX GS3 into the model controlling the it's closing to the coverbase GS with magnet (fig.4)
5. Fill with plaster the upper BOX, apply a metal plate retentions onto the magnet and insert a bit of plaster into the hole guides
of the coverbase (fig.5),
ending by placing the coverbase on the BOX GS3 (fig.6)

6. Once the plaster has hardened, remove the plane tilted, turn over the artiulator, insert the lower base into the magnetic
coverbase GS and stick the lower plaster model to the upper one. (fig. 7)
7. Apply a metal plate retention above tha magnet and put a bit of plaster inti the 3 hole guides of the lower coverbase,
and into the BOX already inserted into the model. End by placing the lower coverbase on the BOX (fig. 8-9).
8. Once hardened, free the models from the BOX. Notice the elegance of the work done and also that has been used less
plaster creating removable and handy models. (fig. 10-11-12)
