PATENTED SYSTEM AND BOX
Plaster setting in the articulator QUICK of two plaster models created on Accutrac bases.
The lower base setting with the BOX GS3 AT in rubbery material, with plane tilted, the superior BOX GS3 AT.

After creating models with two Accutrac bases,if one wishes to have a quick setting in the articulator QUICK with plane inclined and
two removable models (Accutrac),first one must apply on the articulator's bases with a bit of self heat-curing resin two
magnetic coverbase GS.

Working stages:

1) With a brush apply a bit of isolating agent (Unifol) on plaster zone, behind Accutrac bases and insert two retention metal plates above
the magnet. (fig. 1-2)
2) Insert the BOX GS3 into the upper base with magnet and yhe BOX GS3 AT by embedment to the upper Accutrac base.
Seal the two models with cement wax and place them on the lower BOX to control the closing, the centric and the parallelism. (fig. 3)
Insert two metal plate retentions above the two magnets of the coverbase.
3) Fill with plaster the lower BOX with tilted plane and with a spatula put a bit of plaster around retention plate above the magnet and
into Accutrac lower base.
End by placing the two models on the base of the inferior BOX:Control the centric, the parallelism and the closing to the upper BOX.
4) Once the plaster almost hardened insert the plaster into the two upper box and join them together. (fig. 4-5-6)
5) Free the models from the BOX we can notice the good inclination (10 degrees) of the two removable models and an elegant presentation
using minimum material. (fig.7-8-9)

Patented Box and System
Plaster setting in the articulator QUICK with plane of the mounting tilted of an upper plaster model on
the Accutrac base with the BOX GS3 AT.The removable inferior, created with the BOX GS3 L2 on magnetic
coverbase GS.

Working stages:

1. With a brush wipe an isolating agent (Unifol) around the plaster zone behind the Accutrac base (fig.1-2)
and insert into magnet a retention metal plate.
With a double-drill create some groove as a guide behind the lower plaster model base.
2. Apply the plane of the mounting inclined in the articulator.
3. Insert the upper small BOX into the articulator's base and the upper BOX GS3 AT into the Accutrac base,
and stuck the model on the tilted plane, with three plastercine balls. (fig. 3)
4. Control the parallelism and the closing of thw two upper BOXES. (fig. 4)
5. Fill with plaster the two Boxes and join them together. (fig. 5-6)

6. Once hardened remove the tilted plane. Insert the articulator's lower base into the magnetic civerbase GS, apply above the
magnet a retention metal plate for plaster ending by inserting the BOX GS3 L2 into the coverbase GS.
7. Stick with cement wax the two models, and control that it fits to the lower BOX's base.
8. Fill with plaster the lower BOX (fig. 7) and insert some plaster into the retention's base of the lower model. (fig. 8)
9. End by placing the model onto the lower BOX (fig. 9).
Even here, notice the refinement of the work done with the removable models (fig.10-11-12).
